Challenge

YouTube’s EMEA Media Solutions team identified a critical strategic gap: traditional broadcasters lacked compelling, peer-based success stories that demonstrated the video platform’s value as a host of long-form content, livestreaming, and revenue generation.

Approach

To address this, Astra partnered with the YouTube EMEA team to build a high-impact library of persuasive case studies illustrating the value of the video platform for broadcasters. Working closely with YouTube’s local partner managers, Astra documented best-in-class examples from brands such as Channel 4, Banijay Iberia, and Sky – highlighting success across key themes, offering proof points and strategic takeaways.

Results

The result is a scalable toolkit of regionally relevant narratives that resonate with senior broadcast industry stakeholders. This work supports YouTube’s wider mission to grow premium content engagement and unlock long-term value from major broadcasters.
