Cairo born, London raised and Boston educated, Jumana was most recently a Senior Editor at the Thomson Reuters Foundation, working on stories about climate change and privacy rights. She was earlier Associate Editor of TIME Europe and Deputy Editor of Women's Advancement Deeply, a platform focused on the challenges facing women and girls around the world. She has also written extensively for Newsweek.
